Page 136: The labelled bottlenecks are nearly all incorrectly-located on this map. Those numbered 2a, 2b, 2c, 4, 6, 7 and 9 should be moved one route to the West (so that 2c is where the map shows 2b, and so on). Bottlenecks 3, 8, 11 and 10 should all be moved North West by c 5mm.
